Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics Conference for K-12 Teachers
Oh Wow! TCESC is doing something new -- join us for a unique learning opportunity. We’ve partnered with OH WOW!, Defined STEM, and NASA to provide teachers with a morning full of hands-on STEM activities. Teachers will leave with resources to bring STEM to life in the classroom. The day will be packed with tools and experiences to help you enhance your 21st Century skills and make literacy connections. Participants will receive four professional development contact hours.

7:30 am – 8:00 am Coffee & Welcome
8 a.m. to Noon Groups of teachers will work their way through the museum spending time at OH WOW! and NASA exhibits. At each exhibit, teachers will learn STEM concepts through activities and receive resources to bring the STEM concept to life in the classroom.

The registration form is available in the blue column at the right. Registration is open until March 9, 2012. We are still accepting registrations.
Cost: No Refunds
$10 for employees of the following Trumbull County Title II and CORE districts:
Bloomfield-Mespo, Bristol, Brookfield, Champion, Girard, Howland, Hubbard, Joseph Badger, LaBrae, Lakeview, Liberty, Lordstown, Maplewood, Mathews, McDonald, Newton Falls, Niles, Southington, TCESC and Weathersfield.
$35 for TCTC, Warren City, all non-public teachers, substitute teachers, and any teachers not employed by a Trumbull County school district.
