TCESC is a resource that some districts use in their search for teacher candidates. As part of our service to the districts, TCESC offers screening interviews to potential teaching candidates.
A screening interview allows TCESC to gain knowledge about teacher candidates that may be accessed by districts. Candidates must meet the following criteria possess or be eligible to posses a teaching license from the Ohio Department of Education .Candidates must also complete a TCESC application and attach a copy of a current resume before the screening interview is conducted.
Screening interviews will last approximately 20 minutes. Please be prepared for a professional interview. Portfolios are not necessary.
