Jeanette Ruberto, a dedicated Multiple Disabilities (MD) teacher at the Trumbull County Educational Service Center (TCESC), has been recognized as a Lead4Change Fellowship recipient.
The Lead4Change Fellowship celebrates educators who go above and beyond to inspire the next generation. This year, the fellowship brings together 14 outstanding educators from across the nation—teachers, principals, and advisers from a diverse range of public, private, and charter schools. These individuals are passionate about equipping students with leadership skills and helping them make a meaningful impact in their communities.
- As a 2025 Lead4Change Fellow, Ruberto will have the opportunity to: Share valuable insights that will shape the future of Lead4Change programs.
- Participate in exclusive professional development opportunities.
- Attend an all-expenses-paid retreat in Nashville, TN, to collaborate and celebrate with fellow educators
In addition to these opportunities, Ruberto also received a $500 award to support classroom materials, further enhancing her ability to provide enriching experiences for her students.
As part of the Lead4Change program, each year, Ruberto's students lead the Roosevelt Elementary Easter Egg Hunt for the McDonald Kindergarten classes. This fun-filled event is organized by students who have completed the Lead4Change program, which provides them with 12 hours of community service. As part of the program, students submitted their reflections, and the best two submissions are chosen.
Congratulations to Ms. Ruberto on this well-deserved recognition!
