Congratulations to Weathersfield Local School District's Seaborn Elementary for being Named a 2022 National Blue Ribbon School.
The National Blue Ribbon Schools Program recognizes public and private elementary, middle, and high schools based on their academic excellence or progress in closing achievement gaps among student subgroups. This year 297 schools received the honor, 13 of them from the Buckeye state, including Seaborn Elementary.
“I am overjoyed that the work of our staff, students, and families is being recognized by the Federal Department of Education,” says Seaborn Elementary School Principal T.J. Koniowsky. “What our Seaborn family does day in and day out is incredible, and it is such an honor for that work to be recognized with this prestigious award.”

These successes happen when everyone works together as a team. This 2022 Blue Ribbon Award and our state report card scores are a testament to the outstanding work we are doing every day.”
