The Trumbull County Educational Extenstion Pre-Apprentiship Carprenty program presented a special project to Lordstown’s Elementary Band Director, Mr. Stout. The band program was in need of instrument racks, and our carpentry students went to work! In total, the four racks, once hung, will hold up to forty instruments and will help save space in the band room.
The instrument rack is one of the five projects the Education Extension students have completed in their short time. They are currently working on birdhouses that will later be donated to environmental programs.
