Biography: Arlo Brookhart, M.Ed.., Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction, has been a school educator for nearly 25 years, serving as a teacher, assistant principal, coach, and supervisor of curriculum and instruction. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Education in Secondary Social Studies from Youngstown State University and his Master in Administration from Youngstown State University. Before coming to the Trumbull County Service Center, he spent time at Liberty High School, LaBrae High School, and Warren Harding High School.

Biography: Amy Rossler, Supervisor of Gifted and Talented Education, has been a school educator for 17 years, serving as a teacher and supervisor of gifted and talented programs. Before coming to the Trumbull County ESC, she spent 12 years teaching middle school math, science, and language arts at Alliance Middle School, Lordstown Elementary, and Lordstown High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in Middle Childhood Education from The University of Mount Union in 2005 and a master’s degree in Gifted and Talented Education from Youngstown State University in 2009.

Angela has an M. Ed from Ashland University and, entering her 25th year in education, spent 17 years as an elementary classroom teacher and a Title 1 teacher. She is in her 8th year as the Elementary English Language Arts supervisor and leads the TCESC literacy team. Currently, she holds two IDA accreditation certificates for completing Language Essentials for Teaching Reading & Spelling(LETRS) and AIM: Pathways to Proficient Reading.

Biography: Bill Bosheff MAT Marygrove College, CCP Certification-University of Akron. Bachelor of Science in Education - Youngstown State University. He began teaching in 1991 at Malvern High School. He spent twenty years at Maplewood High School teaching Honors English, Advanced Placement Language and Composition, and College Credit Plus-Writing I.  Twenty-five years of classroom experience. This is his eighth year working at the TCESC as a Curriculum and Instruction Supervisor.

Biography: Brice Harris, Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction, has been in education for 26 years. Mr. Harris holds a BS in Biology from Furman University, Science Teacher Certification from Youngstown State University, and MA in Education Administration from YSU. In addition to teaching in environmental education programs in multiple states, Brice oversaw the TAMPEEL, Trumbull County Environmental Educational Program. He has been with TCESC for 26 years and is currently the Science and Specialist as a Curriculum and Instruction Supervisor.

Biography: Denise Holloway, MHA, Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction (Family and Community Engagement Liaison), has been in child welfare and education for 25 years serving as an administrator and school counselor/social worker. Before coming to the Trumbull County Educational Service Center, she worked as a Regional Director and Administrator for non-profit agencies serving Northeast Ohio. She received a Bachelor of Arts and Science and a Master’s in Health Administration from Youngstown State University. She is licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board and maintains a Pupil Service License.

Biography: Ed Mackiewicz, M.Ed., Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction (Classroom Technology), has been a school educator for nearly 10 years, serving as a technology coordinator, teacher, and supervisor of curriculum and instruction. Before coming to the Trumbull County Educational Service Center, he spent time at Akron Buchtel High School and Girard High School. He received an M.Ed. in School Psychology from Kent State University in 2011 and completed his Educational Leadership program at Notre Dame College in 2017.

Biography: Heather Wukelich, Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction, has been an educator for 26 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education in Secondary Math from Youngstown State University and her Masters in Educational Leadership from Ashland University. She began her career as a middle school math and algebra teacher in the Austintown Local School District. After 14 years in the classroom, she spent the next nine years as the 6-12 math instructional coach. Heather was trained as an instructional coach through the Ohio State University Mathematics Coaching Program. Before joining the TCESC, she worked at the Mahoning County ESC. Heather is excited to continue her career in Trumbull County.

Biography:  Biography: Jaclyn Rausch, Supervisor of Gifted and Talented, has worked in education since 2002.  She has experience as a classroom teacher, Title 1 teacher, and gifted intervention specialist in Lakeview, Poland, and Boardman Local School Districts, working with kindergarten through 8th-grade students.  She has been an adjunct faculty member at Youngstown State University, Kent State University, and Ashland University, instructing graduate and undergraduate-level education courses.  Jaclyn completed all coursework for a Ph.D. in PK-12 Educational Administration and earned Master of Science degrees as a K-12 Reading Specialist and for Gifted Education, a Computer Technology endorsement, and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education.  She is active at the state level, having hosted several regional and statewide meetings for the gifted consultants from the Ohio Department of Education and most recently served as the chairperson for the Gifted Advisory Council.  Her priority remains supporting our local schools, administrators, teachers, and students for the best educational experience possible.

Biography: James Rook, M.Ed., Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction (College, Career, and Workforce Readiness), has been an educator for 14 years, serving as a middle school and high school science teacher and principal. Before coming to the Trumbull County Educational Service Center, he spent time at Lordstown Local Schools and East Palestine City Schools. He received an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and principal and superintendent licensure from Youngstown State University. He is currently a doctoral student in Educational Leadership at Youngstown State University.

 Biography: Joshua Guthrie, Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction, has been in education for twelve years. Mr. Guthrie holds a BS in Political Science/Minor History from Seton Hill University, an M.Ed in Elementary Education, and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Prior to coming to the TCESC, Josh spent time as a 4th and 5th-grade teacher in the Warren City School District. After teaching, Mr. Guthrie spent seven years as a principal in WCS, two of which he was the Campus Leader (Lead Principal) of Lincoln PK-8, which enrolls 1200 students. Josh is excited to join the TCESC team and assist the Trumbull County school districts with their curricular needs.

Biography: Laurie Trotter has been in education for over 25 years. She received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from Kent State University,

She served as a classroom teacher, gifted coordinator, instructional facilitator, director of federal and state funding, and an assistant principal before she started her career at TCESC as a gifted supervisor.

She is now an Ohio state-licensed advanced cosmetologist.
