TCESC's forms are available in Frontline Central for completion electronically. The link for Frontline is available in the column at the right.
Employees have access to both Frontline Absence Management and Frontline Central. After logging in, employees can switch between both programs using the small drop down arrow on the left side of the screen.
Frontline Central makes forms available in two ways: forms that you can start and forms that are sent to you to complete.
- Forms that you can start are available in the My Forms section of Central. Click on Forms I Can Start. This is the file cabinet where all the organizational forms that you can initiate are stored. You can use the search button to quickly find the form you want.
- Forms can also be sent to you through the system. You will receive a email notifying you that there is a form for you to complete.
There are some forms that remain on this page and are not available in Frontline Central. The forms listed below are available in the box at the right.
Monthly Mileage Report. Routine mileage is that which occurs as a part of daily service to school districts. This form should be used for professional meeting mileage when mileage is the only cost associated with attending a professional meeting. Mileage rates appear in both association agreements.
