Trumbull County is located in northeast Ohio, two counties south of Lake Erie and adjoining the Pennsylvania state line. TCESC is located on Route 422, also called Youngstown Warren Road, in Niles Ohio.
From the North or South, take Route 11 to Route 82 West towards Warren, Ohio. Exit onto Route 46. Turn left on Route 46 (Niles-Cortland Rd.) and continue South. Turn right onto Route 422. TCESC is on your left in the Village Center Plaza.
Parking is located in front of the Service Center. The entry is near Staples and to the right of Planet Fitness. There are two entry doors marked with the TCESC logo.
