Students in our carpentry pre-apprenticeship program are once again giving back to their local school districts! Recently, students from Howland, LaBrae, and Niles each constructed a 10-seat picnic table to be placed at or near their school. Each table is customized to the corresponding district with an engraving of their logo! James Rook, C&I Supervisor, expressed, "It's exciting to see the journey from start to finish and to see the pride these students have in giving back an item like this to their districts." Special thanks to Howland High School and Mr. Borawiec for allowing the program to use their X-carve machine to customize each table.
