The Trumbull County Educational Service Center hosted the 38th Annual Civic Day on Friday, March 22nd, at the DiVieste Banquet Center. The event, which highlighted the importance of civic duties, brought together 19 Trumbull County School districts, over 60 students, and multiple civic officials from Trumbull County.
The event's keynote speaker was Michael Repetto, Sr. Director of North American EV Business, who has worked with Foxconn since mid-2021. Michael brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the automotive industry, spanning nearly four decades, including business development, project management, advanced engineering, and external affairs.
Civic Day begins with the students being paired with their assigned civic leaders to discuss the importance of civic duties and their impact on the community. The students were brought together for lunch to hear Mr. Repetto’s keynote address.
The day's objective was to provide the students with a deeper understanding of the responsibilities associated with civic duties and their impact on the community.
