The TCESC treasurer provides monthly county treasurer meetings, a yearly conference, and ongoing professional development for county treasurers.
The TCESC treasurer provides numerous services including budget preparation; development of appropriations; forecasting; and fiscal analysis. The treasurer also serves as interim treasurer on a short-term basis for Trumbull County districts in need of a treasurer.

The Ohio Auditor of State’s office maintains a system for the reporting of fraud, including misuse of public money by any official or office. The system allows all Ohio citizens, including public employees, the opportunity to make anonymous complaints through a toll free number, the Auditor of State’s website, or through the United States mail.

Individual Insurance Changes
All insurance changes must be made within 30 days of any life-changing event, such as a birth, death, marriage or divorce. For example, individuals who have a child must add the new child to insurance within 30 days of the birth. Insurance Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for insurance will be held during the month of September. Employees wishing to make changes in insurance should contact Julie Sloan, assistant to the treasurer, at 330-505-2800 ext. 121. Insurance coverage for individuals who are newly enrolled will begin October 1.

Worker's Compensation Reporting
TCESC contracts with CorVel to medically manage its worker’s compensation claims. Any employee who is injured while working should immediately inform his/her supervisor and then call CorVel at 1-800-844-2500.
