The Technology department utilizes an online help desk to receive all technical requests. The help desk creates a channel of communication for requesting support for hardware and software as well as requesting equipment to borrow. The help desk will also grant the technology department the opportunity to track the life cycle of all devices from purchasing, installation, repair and disposal. Additional features such as inventory tracking, remote PC support and a troubleshooting knowledge base will be available as well.
